I am grateful that you are here & are interested in hypnotherapy! Let me tell you a bit about how I became interested in hypnotherapy, how it has helped me & how I know it can help you as well…

I was first introduced to hypnotherapy by my lovely mother-in-law who told me about the work of Jose Silva. At the time, I had just lost my mom & was coping with grief & not sleeping well. I found what I learned reading Silva’s book along with his audios on YouTube to be incredibly beneficial. It helped calm my anxiety & resulted in better sleep. Then, I set up an in-person hypnotherapy session & found immediate results for confidence and social anxiety.

Years later when my work as a massage therapist started taking a toll on my joints & quality of life, I became certified as a hypnotherapist. I still get to work directly with clients & help them feel better instantly. I can’t tell you how much of a blessing this work has been for me. Working directly with clients to support them with the transformations they are seeking is so fulfilling. Often, the positive changes are immediate, much like with a massage. That doesn’t mean that it is a one & done solution, especially for behaviors we have had for as long as we can remember. It does mean that change is inevitable when we put in the mindset work & commit to achieving our potential.

Hypnotherapy has not only helped me with sleep, confidence & anxiety, it has also helped me in ways I did not know was possible. It has helped me with future life planning. What is that exactly? Allow me to explain. In its simplest form, this is visualizing your day going easily & smoothly from the moment you wake up. I begin each morning with a quick visualization of everything falling perfectly into place. This quick & easy process has made profound improvements in my daily life. I am more focused on what I do want versus dreading what I don’t want. Game changer. This has expanded into helping me with procrastination & perfectionism as well. I have also been able to help my daughters with stress & anxiety associated with testing in school, drama performances, transitioning into a new school, & various other social situations where they felt overwhelmed or uncertain.

I have guided my clients to reach their goals such as…consuming less sugar, increasing self-confidence, managing sports performance anxiety, embracing change, controlling anxiety due to medical procedures, taming social anxiety, & more.
